The Swivel Clasp vaccine card holder measures approximately 3-3/4 inches wide by 5-5/8 inches tall not including the clasp. The Eyelet and Split Ring vaccine card holder measures approximately 3-3/4" wide by 5-1/2 inches tall not including the split ring. The clear vinyl pocket on the back will hold a vaccine card that measures 3 inches by 4 inches.
