This is for the Marvel Characters theme! Choose from Spider-Man, Groot, Deadpool, Captain America, Punisher, Marvel Tossed or Marvel in squares.

You choose your vinyl color, either a solid or a glitter vinyl. The Front will have a Feature fabric in a theme of your choice! The back has a clear vinyl pocket that will hold your vaccination card.

Choose from either a Swivel Clasp or an Eyelet holder with a split ring.

The Swivel clasp vaccine card holder measures approximately 3-3/4 inches wide by 5-5/8 inches tall not including the clasp.
The Eyelet with split ring vaccine card holder measures approximately 3-3/4 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches tall not including the split ring.
The clear vinyl pocket on the back will hold a vaccine card that measures 3 inches by 4 inches.
